We’re pleased to confirm that TAM Consulting is now a verified Meta Tech Provider. It’s a formal recognition from Meta of the WhatsApp Business API and integration work we’ve been doing for our SAP Business One clients, and it changes how we’re able to deliver WhatsApp projects going forward.
What being a Meta Tech Provider means
Meta Tech Provider status is Meta’s own verification programme for businesses building on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Being verified means our access to the platform is official and Meta-vetted, rather than routed through a third party with no direct relationship to Meta. For clients, that translates into WhatsApp integrations that are more reliable and more compliant with Meta’s own platform requirements — built on a direct, recognised foundation rather than a workaround.
In practical terms, it means the WhatsApp Business API work we deliver — whether that’s connecting WhatsApp to SAP Business One for order updates and approvals, or building out a full team inbox — is backed by an official standing with the platform itself, not just familiarity with the API.
Why this matters for our SAP Business One clients
Most of our WhatsApp integration work sits alongside SAP Business One: order confirmations, delivery notifications, low-stock alerts, and approval workflows, all covered in our earlier posts on this blog. Meta Tech Provider verification strengthens the foundation those integrations are built on, which matters most for businesses that depend on WhatsApp as a primary customer channel and need that channel to stay dependable as it scales.
WhatsApp Hub
This verification also underpins WhatsApp Hub, our multi-tenant WhatsApp Business team inbox, which we introduced recently. If your team is currently sharing one WhatsApp Business number, it’s worth a look.
